Change our Game Ambassador: Tal Karp

Tal is the CEO of Y Australia, an Olympian, lawyer and board director, with extensive experience working in not for profit, sport and public sectors.

Prior to her role as CEO, she was the Director and co-founder of Sixfold Consulting Group; and a senior expert at Right Lane Consulting, where she led Right Lane’s Sports Practice and Innovation Practice.

Tal has held a variety of senior legal practice, policy, strategy and advocacy roles over the course of her career, including with Victoria Legal Aid, the Sentencing Advisory Council, the Department of Justice, and the Victorian Minister for Women and the Prevention of Family Violence. After completing a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts at ANU with first class honours in law and the University’s Blackburn Medal for Research, Tal became an Associate to Justice Hayne of the High Court of Australia.

A graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Tal also sits on the boards of the Australian Grand Prix Corporation and Victoria Legal Aid; and is a ‘Change our Game Ambassador’ for the Victorian Government.
