Contact Us Form
Our website provides a contact us form through the Contact us page.
We collect the information about you that we need for our work.
On this page we collect your name and email address, as well as the nature of your query. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about the way we handle your personal information, or to make a complaint.
The personal information will only be used to respond to your query. To provide anonymous content you can either write, call, or email us at changeourgame@sport.vic.gov.au.
Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) & Newsletter Subscription
We use both internally built mail distribution software and third-party vendors to provide online communication services for email campaigns and newsletter services.
In subscribing to newsletters, you are providing us with personal information, which we will not disclose or use for any other purpose without your consent.
You can unsubscribe at any time and your email address will be moved to a 'do not contact' email database. To do this, click on the unsubscribe link within each email or newsletter you have subscribed to. You can resubscribe at any time by using the appropriate subscription form on the website.
Subscriptions supported by third-party vendors only share details with us to assist with managing delivery, technical issues and the prevention of fraud or security issues.

Access to and correction of personal information
